Quick Summary

We collect only what we need to provide the Service. We never sell your data. Payment data is handled entirely by Creem — we never see your card number. You can delete your account and data at any time.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process and manage your subscription through Creem
  • Send the daily email digest (subscribed users only — unsubscribe any time)
  • Send transactional emails: account confirmation, billing notifications
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the platform
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train machine learning models, display third-party advertising, or engage in profiling for purposes other than improving the Service.

Payment Data & Creem

We never store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details. All payment processing is handled by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record.

When you subscribe, Creem collects your payment information directly. We receive from Creem only:

  • Your Creem customer ID (to manage your account)
  • Subscription status (active, trialing, cancelled)
  • Billing dates and plan type

Creem's handling of your payment data is governed by their own Privacy Policy. Creem is PCI-DSS compliant and processes payments in accordance with applicable financial regulations.

  • Authentication via Google OAuth — no passwords stored by us
  • Limited access to production data by personnel

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
