Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoveredCalls.live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. By creating an account or initiating a subscription, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Description of Service
CoveredCalls.live is a financial data screener that provides information about covered call options strategies. The Service includes:
- A daily-updated screener of covered call candidates filtered by yield, delta, and downside protection
- Educational content about options trading strategies
- Downloadable PDF and XLS exports of screener data
- Shareable links to individual strategy pages
- A daily email digest of top candidates
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or brokerage services of any kind.
Data is sourced from third-party providers and updated daily. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented on the platform.
Subscriptions & Billing
Plans and Pricing
CoveredCalls.live offers the following subscription plans:
- Free: Limited access — first 5 candidates per expiration date, no downloads
- Monthly: $19.90 USD per month — full access, PDF/XLS export, email digest
- Annual: $190.00 USD per year — all Monthly features at a 20% discount
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for our subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
Creem may collect and process your payment information, billing address, and related data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, available at creem.io/privacy and creem.io/terms.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder before renewal. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all paid features. No credit card is required to start a trial, but payment information must be provided to activate it. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
The free trial is available once per user. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of multiple trials is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will activate and you will be billed accordingly.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of your first paid charge (not counting the free trial), you may request a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason.
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the first charge
- Annual plan renewals (only the initial purchase is eligible)
- Accounts found in violation of these Terms
Refunds are processed by Creem and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Access & Restrictions
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to any part of the Service
- Circumvent any access controls or authentication mechanisms
- Use the Service for automated trading without explicit written permission
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the free tier or trial offer
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice or refund.

Limitation of Liability

- Trading losses or missed opportunities based on platform data
- Inaccuracies or delays in financial data
- Interruptions in service availability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Intellectual Property
All content on CoveredCalls.live — including but not limited to the screener interface, educational materials, logos, and proprietary algorithms — is owned by or licensed to CoveredCalls.live and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
