Refund Overview

At CoveredCalls.live, we want you to feel confident about subscribing. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

All payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Creem directly to your original payment method.

The 14-day window starts on the date of the first paid charge, not the start of the free trial. If you start a trial on March 1 and are first charged on March 8, the refund window closes on March 22.

How to Request a Refund

Send us an email

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email address and, optionally, a brief reason for your request. No lengthy explanation required.

We confirm within 1 business day

We'll verify your eligibility and confirm the refund by email within 1 business day. If your request falls within the 14-day window, it will be approved automatically.

Creem processes the refund

Our payment processor Creem will issue the refund to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your access is revoked upon refund

Upon processing the refund, your subscription will be cancelled and access to paid features will be revoked. You can continue using the free tier indefinitely.

Technical Issues & Service Outages

If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the Service — and it is caused by a problem on our end — we will provide:

  • A prorated account credit for the affected period, or
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the severity and duration

Planned maintenance windows and brief outages do not qualify for refunds. To report a technical issue, email [email protected] with details.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancellation and refund are two separate actions. You can cancel your subscription at any time — this stops future charges. A refund is a separate request for charges already made.

To cancel: go to your Account Dashboard → Manage Subscription. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after that.

If you cancel an annual plan within the first 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund per our guarantee. After 14 days, cancellation stops future renewals but the current year's payment is non-refundable.
